1. Application Eligibility (Japanese Language Proficiency)

Our school is targeted at international students who are aiming to enter vocational schools, etc., and applicants must meet the following conditions.

 

<Educational requirements>

Those who have completed 12 years or more of school education abroad, or have an equivalent educational background.

<Japanese language proficiency requirements>

  • 2-year preparatory course: Applicants must have Japanese language proficiency equivalent to A1 at the time of application and have passed an examination to prove this.

  • 1 year and 6 month preparatory course: Applicants must have Japanese language proficiency equivalent to A2 level at the time of application (have passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N4, or can prove an equivalent result).

<Personal requirements>

  • Honest, hardworking and eager to learn.

<Expense payment requirements>

  • The sponsor must have sufficient financial ability to cover the expenses.

2. Flow from application to enrollment

1. Application Preparation

  • Review the application guidelines and prepare the required documents

  • Confirm that you meet the application qualifications (academic background and Japanese language ability)

2. Application

  • Submit the complete set of application documents (via the affiliated local school as an agent)

  • Pay the entrance examination fee

3. Screening

  • Document screening (confirmation of academic background and Japanese language ability)

  • Interview (online or on-site)

4. Notification of Acceptance

  • Issue an “Admission Permit” to successful applicants

  • Pay the admission fee and one year’s tuition

5. Application for Certificate of Eligibility (COE)

  • The school applies to the Immigration Services Agency of Japan on behalf of the applicant

  • After issuance, send it to the applicant

6. Visa Application and Issuance

  • Apply for a visa at the Japanese embassy or consulate abroad

  • Prepare for entry into Japan

7. Enrollment

  • Orientation and health checkup

  • Start of classes

3. Required documents

  1. Documents related to the applicant - Application for admission (school-prescribed format)
    - Resume (school format)
    - Several photos (4cm x 3cm) - Graduation certificate and transcript from your final education - Documents proving your Japanese language proficiency (JLPT certificate, test result notice, etc.)
    - Copy of your passport (photo page, visa page, immigration record page)

  2. Documents regarding financial sponsor - Financial sponsor letter (school-prescribed form)
    - Bank balance certificate - Employment certificate or income certificate

  3. Health Documents - Medical Certificate (issued within the last 6 months)
    - TB screening results (chest x-ray or country-specific method)
